Range and Quartiles

Assalam'mualaikum and hello again dear readers! How are you all? It's been a week now. Happy fasting for all our Muslim brothers and sisters all around the world. ^_^ 

So today, i'll be posting the continuation of my second blog which was the Mea-Med-Mod post. This is regarding about the red colored words. I'll be explaining about Range and Quartiles. 

• Range is just simply minus the biggest number and the lowest number. I'll be taking the previous example which is 

                                                            5, 10, 12, 20, 5, 5

• As mentioned in my previous post, always arranged the numbers from smallest to the biggest. It will look like this: 

5, 5, 5, 10, 12, 20

• Step 1: Arranged the numbers
• Step 2: Minus the biggest number with the smallest number that looks like this:

20 - 5 = 15

• Therefore the answer is 15.
